Rules of “Mega Music” service subscription and providing

1. Description of “Mega Music” Service

Mega Music Service provides real-time access to music content to MegaFon Tajikistan Subscribers and provides the following functions for Subscriber:

• Listening to musical tracks and albums of foreign and Tajik artists within Service;
• Opportunity of listening to downloaded cached Musical content in offline mode (including when the Internet is not available);
• Recommendations of musical compositions by novelties, albums and playlists, genres;
• Opportunity to create your own playlist;
• Opportunity to put on pause, rewind, go to the next composition, recurrence of listening;
• Access to names of offered and available compositions (the name of composition, the artist, album cover);
• Access to online-radio.

2. “Mega Music” Service connection and disconnection

2.1. To install the Mega Music Service, Subscriber must have:

• Subscriber device;
• Valid connection to the Internet with guaranteed speed of not less than 128 kb/s for listening to music content;
• Installed Application in Subscriber's device or access to the web portal of Service through the Subscriber's device and/or personal computer.   

2.2. To connect the Service, Subscriber should register himself in  Service by entering Login - subscriber number; it may be done by one of the following ways:

• In https://megamusic.tj/ web portal
• In App Store or Google Play mobile app
• By USSD - via sending the free USSD command * 3322 # to connect daily subscription.

2.3. The service is provided in the network of Megafon Tajikistan mobile operator. For detailed terms of service go to https://megamusic.tj/.

2.4.  After connection of the Service and on condition of timely payment of Monthly fee, Subscriber will be able to access the Service in any time (if the Internet is connected), through the installed mobile application and via personal computers by using the branded site located in https://megamusic.tj/ link, by entering the login and password received after entering subscriber number.

2.5. If you forgot your password, the system can send you the new one when you authorize in service.

2.6. Disconnection of Service may be realized by one of following ways:

• Via USSD - by sending free USSD command *3322*0# for shutdown of daily subscription.

3. Subscription fee for the Service is:

• daily payment: 0,99 tjs a day

Timely payment of subscription fee is prerequisite for access to the Service. Access to Service is provided from the moment of monthly fee writing off and till 00:00 of the next period of payment, depending on subscription type.

4. Internet-traffic tariffing

4.1. Service provides real-time access to music content to Megafon Tajikistan Subscribers, if subscription fee of Service is paid in time.

4.2. The service is provided, if you have access to the Internet. If there is no access to Internet, Subscriber is able to access cached music content downloaded by himself.

4.3. If there is a connected Service, incoming and outgoing mobile Internet-traffic within service is free for Megafon Subscribers

4.4. When connecting to the Service outside the Republic of Tajikistan, incoming and outgoing Internet traffic is charged according to the established standard roaming rates.

4.5. When Subscriber uses Internet traffic of third-party operators, incoming and outgoing Internet traffic is charged according to the established tariffs of third-party operators.

5. Supported devices

Service may be installed in following supported devices:

• Android-based smartphones and tablets (version 5+) by installing the Mobile App;
• iOS-based smartphones and tablets (version 12+), by installing the Mobile App;
• WEB is supported by all versions of operating systems installed in personal computers (Windows, Mac OS, UNIX) and internet-browsers: Chrome 31 and higher, Firefox 31 and higher, Opera 30 and higher, Internet Explorer 10 and higher, Safari 8 and higher.
